How can Social Work Supervision help my professional development?

Social work supervision provides a structured opportunity to reflect on your practice, receive guidance and support, enhance your skills, and address challenges you may encounter. Our supervision is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on personal growth, safety and building resilience.

Regular supervision also demonstrates commitment to professional standards, which is beneficial for career progression and fulfilling SWRB requirements.

What does Family Violence Facilitation entail?

Our family violence facilitation service supports both victims and users of family violence within the Pasifika community. For victims, the programme focuses on healing, empowerment and safety planning. For users of violence, it addresses accountability, responsibility and strategies for non-violent behaviour.

Both programmes are culturally sensitive and aim to promote positive change and break the cycle of family violence.

Who is eligible for your services?

Our services are available to all individuals within the Pasifika community in New Zealand who are impacted by family violence, regardless of gender or age. Whether you are a victim seeking support, a practitioner in need of supervision, or someone ready to address their behaviour, we are here to help. Services are also available online for those outside of Tāmaki Makaurau.
